Account information. Your name, email, phone number, campus, residence hall or address, weekly pickup preferences, and laundry care preferences.
Payment information. Processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Service data. Bag ID, tag ID, weight, and pickup/delivery timestamps used to track your laundry through our process.
Site usage data. Standard server logs and cookies for understanding site traffic and improving the experience.

How we use information

To provide and operate the weekly pickup and delivery service.
To process payments and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (payment processor, email delivery, mapping); (b) legal authorities when required by law; (c) the parent company American Mega Laundromat for corporate purposes.

Our service is intended for college students (typically 18 and older). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
