Our 5-step laundry process
Once your bag is in our hands, here's exactly what happens before it gets back to you.
Track
Every bag is tagged with your name from the moment it leaves your hands. We log it into our system so your laundry is never mixed up with anyone else's at any point in the cycle.
Sort
Our team sorts your load by color, fabric type, and care needs. Whites, darks, and delicates are kept separate so each piece gets the wash setting it's actually meant for.
Inspect pockets
Before anything goes in the machine, we hand-check every pocket for forgotten cards, cash, AirPods, and stray receipts — and set them aside for you to collect on delivery.
Wash + Dry in dedicated machines
Your laundry runs through washers and dryers reserved exclusively for your bag — never shared with another customer. We use eco-friendly detergents and gentle dryer settings so colors stay bright and fabrics last longer.
Fold + Package
The instant clothes come out of the dryer, our folders go to work. Tees stacked, socks paired, slacks creased, and everything packed neatly back into your tagged bag, ready for delivery.

PPE & sanitation
Our crew wears gloves and masks when handling bags, and machines are wiped down between every cycle. We follow CDC and OSHA guidelines through the entire process.

Bags are dropped and picked up at a spot you choose — outside your dorm, apartment, or office. No awkward handoffs and zero face-to-face contact required.
Eco-friendly detergents
We use biodegradable detergents, oxygen-based brighteners, and plant-derived softeners. Better for sensitive skin, gentler on your wardrobe, easier on the planet.

You'll receive two heavy-duty laundry bags labeled with your name when your plan begins, so there's always one with you and one with us as the cycle rolls on.

When we drop off your fresh bag, we grab the next dirty one in the same visit. One quick exchange — no second trip needed.
25 lb bag limit
Each weekly pickup includes up to 25 pounds. Anything over is billed at $2.59 per pound, so you only pay for what you actually send.
