Our Experts at CampusWashandFold.com wash each individual’s Weekly Laundry Bag Contents in Dedicated Washers, then dry them in Dedicated Dryers, and Professionally Fold and Package them in each individual’s Designated Bag with its Unique Name Tag.
Dark Color Items are washed in cold to warm water and White Color Items are washed in warm to hot water and based on each Individual’s Instructions specified on the back of the Name Tag. All items are dried on medium heat.
Although our Experienced Garment Specialists at CampusWashandFold.com make every effort to sort misplaced garments and Dry Clean Only Items, we are not responsible for damages to non-washable clothing received in the bag. Please check your garments Care Labels before placing them in your bag to ensure it can go through a wash, dry, and fold process. We Do Not Process Dry Cleaning Items.
Foreign Objects: Our experts at CampusWashandFold.com make every attempt to detect and remove Foreign Objects such as lipsticks, ink pens, gums, keys, etc. from pockets and every nook and cranny of each garment. However, CampusWashandFold.com does not guarantee Total Foreign Object Removal. Furthermore, CampusWashandFold.com is not responsible for any damage to clothing items or to the foreign object resulting from our Wash and Fold Process. Objects found are returned regardless of their value.
Promotional Discounts: CampusWashandFold.com periodically offers Promotional Discounts. Customers that sign up during an offer that provides discounts are all subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined here.
Plan Start Day: Individuals can start service using any of the Plans offered by CampusWashandFold.com. They can apply the Discount Promo Code that would be applicable on their Sign Up Date and their Plan Start Day.

One Time Plan $50.00
One-Month Plan $175
One Semester Plan $475
Two Semesters (Annual) Plan $900
Plan Options include the 25 Pounds Weekly Provision. If the bag weight exceeds this provision, the excess weight is charged @ $1.95/lb.
Hazardous Materials: Any Bag submitted by our customers containing potentially hazardous materials (ex. Mud, Vomit, Semen, Urine, Etc.), or a quantity of soil that requires extra processing will result in a $25 Heavy-Duty Extra Processing Charge Per Occurrence.
Purchase for Yourself or Someone Else as a Gift: Students, Faculty, Staff, or their Parents, Grand Parents, Other Family Members, and their Friends can purchase any of CampusWashandFold.com Plans for themselves or as Gifts for whom they wish.
Service Changes / Notifications & Account Information: Due to the fluid nature of life on campus (events, holidays, finals) CampusWashandFold.com may need to adjust service hours, locations, or pricing. Notification to students and / or parents occurs via email and phone calls.
Registrants are Responsible for the Accuracy of Account Information on File, including but not limited to student's current mobile, permanent home phone, student's email, parent's email, and permanent home address. CampusWashandFold.com is not responsible for missed notifications or service announcements from invalid contact information.
Free Weekly Pick Up and Delivery: Once you choose a Plan and Sign Up, you are entitled to Free Weekly Pick Up and Delivery. CampusWashandFold.com is not responsible for clothing items before pick up or after delivery.
Claims: All claims (including missing/damaged items) must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
Disclaimer Statement: Due to variations in fabrics and dyes CampusWashandFold.com cannot guarantee against color loss, bleeding, and shrinkage when following manufacturer's care instructions. We take additional steps to remove stains that are identified prior to processing, but CampusWashandFold.com cannot guarantee removal of existing stains. We try to remove and return items from pockets, but CampusWashandFold.com is not responsible for items left in the clothing or any resulting damage.
Refunds and Credit Limits: Refunds are issued Seven to Ten (7-10) Business Days after Refund Requests are received via E-Mail by appropriate CampusWashandFold.com Management team. A $25 Dollar Cancelation Fee is subtracted from any Refund Amount. all Reasonable Refunds are issued only when a customer cancels his or her plan; or when CampusWashandFold.com is responsible for loss or damage to an item at a reasonable Replacement Cost.
CREDIT Duration: All Credits and Refunds issued expire at the end of each pre-purchased plan.
Cancelation or Change in Service: Service Plans are canceled or changed in the following ways:
1.) By submitting an E-Mail to our customer service team at [email protected] CampusWashandFold.com. Change or cancellation is not processed at truck locations. Parents and Students, not CampusWashandFold.com, are responsible for communicating any changes.
Plan Refund Policy: We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied you may cancel during the first 30 days (Trial Period) for a prorated credit or refund, less a $25 Cancellation Fee. Prorating begins the date of cancellation, not the date of last-used service.
Students are not refunded for under-usage of services from prior weeks.
No refunds are given for unused balances. If a customer cancels service on or before the start date and has not received a bag, a full refund is issued.
Monthly Refund Policy: You are free to cancel at any time, as your purchase is pre-paying for 4 weeks of service. After cancellation, we will no longer charge your card, but past charges will not be refunded. Any paid weeks of unused service can be used as a credit for a future week or gifted to another customer.
No refunds are given for unused plans. If a customer cancels service on or before the start date and has not received a bag, a full refund is issued.
